In Person
Training

Interested in Hosting a Class?

Our founder, Bobby J. Mullinax, has presented, instructed, led workshops, or taught multi-day training events in 13 states.

Your organization can take benefit from what we’ve learned in nearly 8,000 hours of in-person training and instruction and receive free slots to the training. It’s a win/win situation for you.

We partner with public safety agencies and organizations to coordinate and deliver in-person training events. Our host groups include:

  • Municipal, County, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies

  • Paid and volunteer fire departments

  • City, County, and private CERT teams

  • Emergency management agencies and task forces

  • Public safety professional associations and working groups

  • Non-profit and educational organizations serving first responders

As the hosting organization, your group would need to provide a training room suitable for group instruction. Ideally, this means:

  • Tables and chairs to comfortably accommodate 15–20 participants

  • A screen, projector, or large television (if unavailable, we can often work around this)

In addition to the training space, we ask that the host organization assist with outreach by sharing information about the upcoming class with their professional colleagues and partner agencies.

When you partner with Traffic Cop Labs to host one of our training events, your organization gets benefits that go beyond the classroom. We make it easy — and worthwhile — to bring high-quality training to your area:

  • 2 complimentary training seats for your organization just for hosting

  • 1 additional complimentary seat for every 5 paid registrations

  • A custom discount code you can share with your local network to help fill seats

  • Special host-organization pricing for any additional staff you’d like to send (these count toward the 5-for-1 free seat as well)

There is absolutely no fee to the host organization, unless you decide to register attendees at the discounted rate or decide to go the Enterprise training route and contract us to deliver our training to only your organization. For our course hosting option, you could host us, receive (2) slots for a confirmed course – receive the training – and not pay a cent.

Since we will most likely be traveling from our home base in south Florida, we will need to have a minimum of 15 paying attendees register to attend to be able to put the course on. Classes that are within or closer to south Florida and require less travel expense, may be able to be held with less than 15 paying attendees.
